Outreach

The 3 Es Partnership has the tools needed to generate the meaningful community engagement, participation and feedback that is vital for the success of any transportation project.

Train Treks

We conduct the “Train Trek” series of in-person and electronic meetings in communities of all sizes.

Summits

Our summits bring passenger railroad organizations, advocates and enthusiasts together with local, state and federal elected officials and policymakers, host railroads and rail infrastructure experts to educate, innovate and coordinate for the restoration, expansion and enhancement of passenger rail service.

Legislators

We plan and coordinate events for state legislators, such as the “Whistle Stop” meetings for the Washington and Oregon Legislative Rail Caucuses, in cooperation with state advocacy organizations.

Presentations

We make presentations on behalf of our partner organizations. We are available to share our vision of bringing economic, environmental and equity benefits to economic development organizations, chambers of commerce, tourism organizations, transit advocates, and advocates for the poor and disabled.

Social Media

We post to all of the traditional social media platforms. We have also set up our own way to communicate, called Rail.chat.
